Terms of Service

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms apply to the SlayerGuide Android and iOS apps, account sync, and purchase-entitlement services provided by Woodyworld (“we,” “us,” or the “Operator”). By continuing to use the app or creating an account and making a purchase, you acknowledge these Terms and the Privacy Policy and agree that they apply.

A user under 14 must not create an account or buy a paid product without valid consent from a legal guardian. If the law where you live requires a higher age or additional consent, that requirement applies.

2. The service

SlayerGuide provides game guides, calculators, saves, and related convenience features. Google or Apple sign-in is required to use app features. Signing in enables account sync for selected saved data, an app ad-removal purchase, and cross-platform entitlement access.

We work to improve guide and calculator accuracy, but game updates, your input, and external data changes can cause results to differ from the live game. Check official information and the actual game before making important in-game decisions.

3. Accounts and sign-in methods

• Google and Apple sign-in are available on both Android and iOS. Supabase Auth is the source of truth for SlayerGuide accounts.
• Verified identities with the same email may be automatically linked under provider and Supabase policies.
• If emails differ, including Apple private relay, you may explicitly link another method while signed in by authenticating it again.
• We do not automatically merge or transfer an identity or data already linked to a separate SlayerGuide account. Contact support if this happens.
• You are responsible for protecting access to your device and Google or Apple account and should sign out or contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

A successful session may be restored automatically. The app stores the last successful method locally and may label it “Recent sign-in.” This label can remain after sign-out and is reset when the app or its data is removed.

4. Account data sync

The account syncs saved Black Orb stats, up to the five latest saved Idle Efficiency results, and minimum display-profile data. When you first sign in, existing guest saves on the device may be migrated automatically.

• Black Orb data favors the value with the later explicit-save time.
• Idle Efficiency results are merged by record ID, and only the five latest are kept.
• A failed transfer does not immediately delete the local source; you can try again.
• Current inputs and calculator results, comparison slots, UI settings, NEW state, and the not-yet-implemented game profile are not synced.
• Signing out hides account data and returns to the sign-in screen. App features remain unavailable until you sign in again.

Network failures, storage limits, maintenance, or concurrent edits can delay sync or cause conflicts. We will use reasonable efforts to recover data, but you should independently check any value that is important to you.

5. SlayerGuide Lifetime App Ad Removal

“Lifetime” means while the purchase entitlement remains valid and the SlayerGuide app service continues to be offered. If the service is permanently discontinued, we will provide notice and take any required action under the service-discontinuation terms below, applicable law, and store policy.

An active entitlement removes ads controlled by the SlayerGuide app, including current and future placements. Banner slots and ad-confirmation dialogs are not shown, and app actions previously gated by rewarded or other ads proceed immediately. This does not affect ads, rewards, or ad-removal products in the game itself.

We do not separately guarantee store family-sharing features. Before buying, check the product name, account, price, and conditions shown by the store.

6. Payment, withdrawal, and refunds

Google Play or the Apple App Store processes payment and manages your payment method. Refund eligibility and procedure depend on the purchasing store’s current policy, the time and status of the purchase, your location, and mandatory consumer law. These Terms do not limit any mandatory right to withdrawal, refund, or statutory guarantee.

• Google Play purchase: Google Play refund policy or request a refund.
• App Store purchase: Apple refund guide or Report a Problem.
• Product and entitlement support: woodyworld7201@gmail.com.

Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not automatically request a store refund. If a refund, cancellation, chargeback, or invalid transaction is confirmed, we revoke the entitlement granted by that purchase. If another valid purchase from the other platform remains on the same account, shared access may remain active.

7. Verification, cross-platform access, and restore

We grant ad_free_lifetime only after the store server confirms a completed and valid transaction. A pending transaction or a client-only status does not create an entitlement.

• If the same SlayerGuide account has at least one valid Android or iOS purchase, the entitlement is available on both platforms.
• To use cross-platform access on another device, sign in to the SlayerGuide account linked to the purchase.
• The last server-verified device may stay ad-free after sign-out, but this does not transfer access to another account or automatically grant it on a new device.
• “Restore purchase” reverifies current-store transactions and the server entitlement and does not create duplicates.

Delayed status updates

We currently do not use Google Cloud Pub/Sub for Google Play Real-time Developer Notifications (RTDN). Google Play status is refreshed on app launch, resume, explicit restore, and periodic Supabase server checks, so pending completion, refund, cancellation, or invalidation may not appear immediately. Apple transactions use App Store Server Notifications and reverification, but network or provider delays may still occur.

Temporary ad-free access during a delayed refund or invalidation does not create a new permanent right. The entitlement is corrected as soon as the status is confirmed.

8. Sign-out and account deletion

Signing out invalidates the server session, hides the account’s synced data in the app, and returns to the sign-in screen. Account deletion requires reauthentication and final confirmation, removes the Supabase Auth user, display profile, and synced data, and submits revocation of the Sign in with Apple token to Apple. We also request revocation for other provider connections where their APIs support it.

We may separately retain the minimum store transaction identifier and verification status required to prevent duplicate grants, restore purchases, process refunds, or resolve disputes. Account deletion does not consume, cancel, or refund the store purchase itself. Restore and server reverification on a new account can be requested only when the transaction remains valid, is found under the same store account, and is not linked to another SlayerGuide account.

See the Account Deletion guide for the exact steps and deleted or retained records.

9. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Use or link another person’s account, identity, or purchase evidence without authorization.
• Copy, alter, or reuse a purchase token or signed transaction, or improperly keep access after a refund.
• Interfere with or bypass the security or normal operation of the app, APIs, ads, or identity systems.
• Send abusive automated requests, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer unlawfully, or violate another person’s rights.
• Use app information for fraud, false claims, or harm to another person.

Where we reasonably suspect a violation, we may temporarily restrict the affected feature or account while investigating and, when possible, explain the reason and how to raise a concern.

10. Intellectual property and third-party marks

Rights in SlayerGuide code, editorial arrangement, design, and Operator-created content belong to the Operator or the relevant rights holder. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Game names, characters, images, trademarks, and original game data belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, SlayerGuide is not an official app of, affiliated with, or endorsed by the original game developer or publisher.

11. Service changes, maintenance, and discontinuation

We may modify or temporarily suspend features for security, law, store policy, game updates, or technical needs. When a change materially affects users, we will provide advance notice in the app or on this site where reasonably possible. Emergency security work or third-party outages may be explained afterward.

We will not arbitrarily reduce a valid ad-removal purchase. If the service is permanently discontinued, we will give reasonable notice and take steps required by applicable law and store policy.

12. Warranties and responsibility

We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, perfect accuracy of guides or calculations, or continued availability of third-party services. Incorrect input, game changes, network conditions, and store or identity-provider outages outside our control may cause loss or inconvenience.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for our intent or gross negligence, privacy obligations, or mandatory consumer-protection duties. To the extent law permits, other liability is limited to direct loss that was reasonably foreseeable.

13. Governing law, disputes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Please first contact woodyworld7201@gmail.com so we can try to resolve a dispute in good faith. An unresolved matter will be submitted to a court with jurisdiction under Korean civil-procedure and other applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.

If we change these Terms, we will post the effective date and changes here. Material changes will be announced in the app with reasonable advance notice.
