1. Delete directly in the app
- Open SlayerGuide and select the My tab at the bottom.
- Select Account management → Delete account.
- Reauthenticate with your current Google or Apple sign-in method.
- Review what will be deleted and separately retained, then confirm deletion.
- Wait for the server’s successful-deletion result. If a network error appears, do not assume deletion finished; try again or contact us by email.
Reauthentication prevents another person from deleting an account merely because a device is signed in. Once deletion succeeds, the session ends and the app returns to guest mode. For an Apple-linked account, the server submits token revocation to Apple. It also requests revocation of other provider connections where their APIs support it.
2. Request deletion by email when the app is unavailable
Email woodyworld7201@gmail.com with the following:
- Subject:
[SlayerGuide] Account Deletion Request - Sign-in method used: Google, Apple, or both
- If possible, the linked email or Apple private relay email
- Why you cannot use the in-app flow and an email where we can reply
Do not send a password, full purchase token, card number, Apple transaction JWS, or identity-document copy in your first email. To protect the account, we may ask for a provider reauthentication link, a confirmation from the linked address, or limited transaction details. If we cannot verify ownership, we cannot delete the account because doing so could harm another user.
3. Information deleted
| Category | What is deleted | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Authentication account | Supabase user ID, Google and Apple linked identities, email, display name, and active sessions | Deleted or invalidated in our system; provider token revocation requested where supported |
| Account profile | Display details, account dates, and sync status | Deleted with the account |
| Black Orb data | Latest account-synced saved stats and modification time | Deleted with the account |
| Idle Efficiency data | Up to five account-synced saved results and creation times | Deleted with the account |
| Account entitlement link | Link between the account and ad_free_lifetime | Unlinked; an independently valid store transaction may be restored |
If a restricted copy from the deletion time remains in a backup, it is isolated for recovery purposes and rotated out within 30 days. Records required by law are stored separately as described below.
4. Information retained separately after deletion
We keep only the minimum information needed to prevent duplicate entitlement grants, restore a purchase, handle a refund or chargeback, and resolve a legal dispute. It remains separated from active account and synced data.
| Retained record | Reason | Period |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising and display records required by applicable Korean law | Statutory e-commerce recordkeeping | 6 months |
| Store, product ID, minimum transaction or order ID or its irreversible hash, and purchase, refund, or revocation verification status and time | Contract, withdrawal, payment and supply records; duplicate-claim and refund disputes | 5 years |
| Deletion or support request, identity-verification result, and outcome | Consumer complaint and dispute handling and prevention of unauthorized deletion | 3 years |
| Purchase-revalidation events, reconciliation errors, and deletion-processing logs without raw sensitive evidence | Operational retries and security audit | Up to 90 days |
Minimum scheduling state used to revalidate an active purchase exists only while the account remains linked and is removed immediately when account deletion detaches the transaction. We do not use separately retained information to recreate your profile or for advertising or marketing. If law requires longer retention or a dispute continues, we keep only the necessary information for that period and then securely delete or anonymize it.
5. Ad-removal purchases after account deletion
- Deleting the account does not consume, cancel, or refund a Google Play or App Store transaction.
- Restore and server reverification on a new account can be requested only when the purchase remains valid, is found under the same store account, and is not linked to another SlayerGuide account.
- A transaction cannot be linked to multiple SlayerGuide accounts at once. The server may verify that the earlier link was safely removed.
- If you want a refund, request it separately from the purchasing store. See the Google Play refund policy or Apple refund guide.
- A refunded, revoked, or invalid transaction cannot be restored, and an already restored entitlement will be removed when that status is confirmed.
Because we do not use Google Play RTDN, a Google Play refund or revocation may be reflected only after an app launch, resume, restore, or periodic server reverification.
6. Device data and provider accounts
After deletion, SlayerGuide removes the session and local cache for that account and switches to the guest area. Separate guest data, the recent-sign-in label, and some app settings may remain on the device. To remove everything local, clear SlayerGuide app data in operating-system settings or uninstall the app.
Deleting a SlayerGuide account does not delete the underlying Google Account or Apple Account. You may also manage provider-side connections directly:
- Google: manage security and third-party connections in your Google Account.
- Apple: Settings → Apple Account → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple.
7. Processing time and contact
In-app deletion ends account access and begins deletion as soon as the server confirms success. We normally complete an email request within seven days after identity verification. If law limits deletion or more verification is needed, we will explain the reason and expected timeline.
